CTcon is a successful and independent management consulting and training company founded in 1992 as a spin-off of the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar/Koblenz (Germany). Since launching the company, we have been actively pursuing our vision, which centers on the success of our clients.
Our core competence is corporate management. In the field of management consulting, this includes designing strategy-aligned management approaches and implementing them through concrete processes, instruments, systems, and incentive models.
