Our clients include some of the largest and most important services and manufacturing groups in Europe. For instance, about half of the companies listed on the DAX-30 - a stock index which measures the perfomance of the 30 largest German companies - rely on our competence. Our clients from the public sector include important organizations in our domestic market Germany as well as in Europe.
We achieve relevant, sustainable, and successful implementations for our clients. We make this claim both for clients with whom we have been cooperating for many years in a climate of mutual trust and confidence and for clients who give us their vote of confidence on their first project with us.
The systematic integration of management consulting and training enables CTcon to provide customized, “one-stop” support for change processes.
It is usually deciders at the top management level who sponsor our projects. They are typically responsible for designing and implementing corporate management systems. Our projects are therefore often anchored in the finance department of the group or its subsidiaries, though it is frequently also the sales, marketing, production or human resources unit.
In order to bring together the relevant knowledge, the maximum competence and the appropriate methods, and also in order to promote the transfer of know-how, the projects are usually implemented by joint teams and in close cooperation with managers and experts from all levels of the client organization’s hierarchy.
