The spectrum of our services ranges from individual seminars, workshops, coaching and practical projects to programs consisting of modules that build on one another and which may extend over multiple management levels, locations, and short- or long-term training periods.

CTcon also advises its clients on economic issues related to planning and managing programs if required. The service offering is completed by a “Carefree Package” for clients who do not dispose of in-house resources for management education or who need to bridge existing bottlenecks.

Training programs

The focus of the offering lies on English- and German-language, general management training as well as specialized programs to support business management. Business games, case studies, outdoor events, practical projects, and varied programs offering sports and other activities are standard components of the CTcon offering, which is directed at participant groups of up to 3,000 individuals for certain clients.
