Privacy policy for the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator

CTcon uses LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a tool provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, for targeted business contact and network maintenance. This involves processing publicly available profile information of LinkedIn members in order to identify and contact potential business contacts.

Purpose and legal basis for data processing

Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in efficient and targeted business development and to maintain existing customer relationships.

Joint responsibility pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR

When using Sales Navigator and the associated analysis tools, the following data may be processed:

  • Member information in Sales Navigator
  • Product usage data (including InMail/messages, notes, tags, SmartLinks presentations and contact information created by users
  • IP address, device/browser characteristics

This data comes exclusively from publicly accessible LinkedIn profiles or from direct communication with us via LinkedIn.

This data is used to analyse campaigns and optimise our marketing measures.
