Our consulting approach
CTcon is a leading and multi-award-winning corporate management consultancy firm. Knowledge and academic expertise is our solid foundation as a WHU spin-off in 1992.
Today, we work on international and interdisciplinary consultancy mandates for stock-exchange-listed corporations and smart SME market leaders from our offices in Bonn, Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and Vallendar.
Our consultancy services range from analysis and concept development to implementation and embedding. Well-aligned corporate management and effective controlling are blended into a cohesive approach that leverages corporate results.
We combine management consultancy with management training to facilitate effective implementation of change in corporate governance.
Our teams
Our teams deploy their complementary skills and their strong sense of empathy to develop solutions for projecttasks. All team members have excellent academic track records, analytical skills and strong social competence.
We partner with our clients to configure the custom-designed elements of the CTcon management framework and we utilise our broad knowledge base to align our approach with an overarching goal. To engage with organisations in an integrated way, we deploy our value chain and process expertise, as well as our knowledge of human nature and empathy.

Our awards
The business magazine “brand eins” and statistics portal Statista have been identifying the best management consultants in Germany since 2014. CTcon has made it into the Best Management Consultant ranking for the sixth time in succession. We are delighted about both the recognition and the award.
